BBC London Sports Awards for 2007

Ella Carter-Allen is one of three young sports women nominated for a BBC London Sports Award in the category of "Rising Female" athlete of the year. There are 15 categories for the BBC London Sports Awards this year. All candidates for "Rising Female" of 2007 must have achieved a high standard of performance at local, national or international level. The winner will have achieved a high standard of performance throughout 2007 and must be aged 18 years or under on 31st December 2007. The Award is supported by Sport England which agrees the nominees and winners with BBC London Sports Staff.
