International Judo Tournament Harnes, France

This was a large competition with over 1,200 entries in two age bands U15 (1998-1999) and U17 (1996-1997). Moberly had one entry. John Jayne won Silver in the U17 age band at -73 kg. There were 44 participants in his draw. John won the quarter and semi-final by ippon, and lost the final by accumulating 4 shidos.
